i appreciate the breakfast. it includes good american pancakes and excellent coffee. the staff was friendly, also efficient. i found garage parking very useful. the hotel restaurant provides very nice food at convenient times.
i note that the hotel is a bit far from city center. this requires reliance on transportation for city access.

staff managed late breakfast entries well. the reception service calls a cab quickly. i received an upgrade to the room. this upgrade was special and memorable.

The room was very clean and equipped with a TV. It also had an easy casting option. I enjoyed watching movies . I liked the restaurant they have, Alea. The food was delicious!

The room was really spacious. It had a beautiful double or twin room layout. i loved the breakfast buffet! the staff was also quite friendly.
the breakfast room seemed a bit messy an hour after breakfast started, not ideal. i noticed a lack of staff in the breakfast area, and the service felt a little slow. it's a shame because the rooms are very nice.

i found dog hair and a strong odor on the sofas! i believe these rooms should be reserved with dogs.

The staff were very helpful. Room service was excellent, i will give them that.
I was not impressed. The nightly rate changed after i booked. when i asked about it, the staff basically said i wouldn't get the room for the price i wanted. this felt very unreliable! though the parking was expensive, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
